Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal within 7 days

If you request it within 7 days of payment and have not saved any paid conversion, we refund the full amount.

2. After use

Saving a conversion counts as the start of digital content delivery, so withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If an outage prevented you from using the Service, we refund the unusable period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime and will not be charged from the next billing date. You keep access for the rest of the paid month; partial months are not refunded.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry daily for 3 days and you keep access meanwhile. After 3 failures your account moves to the Free plan.

5. Requesting a refund

Email 준비 중 with your account email (or login method) and payment date. We cancel the card payment within 3 business days.
