How to use the PDF Editor

An online PDF editor for filling in a form, signing a document, marking up a contract or removing pages.

  1. Choose a PDF file to open the PDF editor.
  2. Add text, a signature or marks in markup mode, or change document text in text-edit mode.
  3. Check the pages and save as PDF. Text-edit mode also offers Word and HWPX.

Mark up a PDF

  • Add text, highlight, draw, white out, sign and insert pictures.
  • Rotate or delete pages.

Edit the PDF text

Choose "Edit text" at the top of the editor to turn the PDF into an editable document and save it as Word, HWPX or PDF. Scanned PDFs cannot be edited this way.

Good to know

  • Text added in mark-up mode is stored as a sharp image, so it cannot be searched in the saved PDF.
  • White-out covers content but does not remove it from the file.
